Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cambler, an iPhone camera made by Trappist. By downloading or using Cambler, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13, or 14 where that is the local age of digital consent (including Korea), and legally able to enter this agreement. Cambler has no account and no sign-in. The camera works from a cold launch.
License
Cambler is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store Usage Rules. Trappist and its licensors retain all rights in the app, branding, interfaces, lens and look designs, software, and documentation.
Your captures
You retain your rights in photos and videos you create. You are responsible for having permission to record people, places, music, and other content, and for complying with privacy, publicity, copyright, and recording laws. Keep backups of important media.
Paid app
- Cambler is a paid App Store download. The price and currency shown by the App Store at purchase are controlling.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account once after confirmation. Apple is the merchant of record.
- The download includes SHOOT, PRO, and every lens module. There is no in-app upgrade.
- Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple's rules.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Cambler to violate law or another person's rights.
- Do not interfere with, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
Device capability, iOS version, storage, heat, battery, and third-party services can affect features. We may fix, change, suspend, or discontinue features. The paid download includes the full camera, but a particular tool, format, or future-device compatibility is not guaranteed forever.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cambler is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Termination and governing law
You may stop using Cambler at any time. We may suspend access for material violations of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
