Cambler is an iPhone camera made by Trappist. Email hello@trappist.app and we reply within two business days. Include your iOS version, iPhone model, and what you were shooting.
Purchases
Cambler is a paid App Store download, not a subscription and not an in-app upgrade. The download includes SHOOT, PRO, and every lens. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Notifications
Notifications are off until you turn them on in Settings → Notification settings. There is no account and no sign-in. Turning them off in the same screen deletes the messaging token and the server record behind it.
Permissions
Camera access is required to shoot, Microphone access to record audio with clips, and Photos access to save what you capture. Change any of them in iOS Settings → Cambler. Denying a permission stops the related feature but never blocks the rest of the app.
Captures stay on your iPhone
Looks, lenses, LUTs, and Y2K texture are applied on-device, and captures are not uploaded to our servers. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms.
Country notices
Apple shows one Support URL per store language. This page is that URL. Extra disclosures some markets expect are here, not as separate App Store fields:
- Korea — seller contact and withdrawal: Korean seller information. Apple also shows verified contact on the product page after Business → Korean Law.
- Japan — Notation based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
- China mainland — a Chinese privacy policy is at 简体中文. Extra China product-page fields apply only to China-based organizations.
- Vietnam — Decree 147 age rating is assigned by Apple from the questionnaire. Cambler is not a game, so no game-license number belongs in the description.
- EU — trader contact for the Digital Services Act is set in App Store Connect → Business, not on this page.
